There are intriguing “blue zones” in the world, with a record number of nonagenarians and centenarians in excellent health ; did these populations discover the secrets of longevity ?
Angèle Ferreux-Maeght, chef and naturopath, and Vincent Valinducq, general practitioner, will conduct an international study to answer this major question. An investigation that will take them to the edges of the world to meet bright personalities and the greatest experts: in Costa Rica, Italy, Greece and Japan.
In each documentary in this series, they will investigate the biology and genome of the inhabitants, their environment, their food and social ties, and discover the pillars of their longevity.
